Grounded in your data only: Every Agent draws its context from your approved data sources, shows the page or data point behind every answer, and never allows external data to pollute its answers.
Never guesses: Answers are generated from grounded, verified data, and we use Teravera’s research on hallucination, including our AI Hallucination scale, to measure and mitigate the risk. If there is no source for an answer, the Agent does not answer.
Secure by design: Your data always remains yours. Every Agent operates within a secure, contained environment that prevents data leakage, with guardrails and risk mitigation built in as standard, not added afterwards.
